"The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery"
OUR TEAM
At Over the Rainbow, our child-care team is dedicated to the well-being, happiness and safety of our children. Our team creates a caring and nurturing atmosphere and fosters each child's creativity and positive self-image, as we recognize the deep and lasting impact interactions have on a child’s future development.
We have identified the skills and competencies teachers must have to meet the child-care and early education needs of children. Each member of our team is a qualified and trained Early Childhood Educator and has been carefully selected.
At Over the Rainbow, we are committed to staff development and will be working with each employee to adopt policies and practices that encourage and promote continuing professional development. Our growing family of educators works together every day and meets frequently after hours in order to develop our programs and curriculum into the best quality of care a child can receive.
All staff members working full time, part time and volunteers are required to have a Vulnerable Screening Clearance; Medical Health Assessment and updated Immunization and have a valid CPR & First Aid Training.
Our highest priority at Over the Rainbow is to ensure the safety and well-being of every child. A qualified supervisor directs the program and oversees the staff and is on the premises at all times to ensure yours and your children’s needs are met.
