Infant Program (3 to 18 Months)
Our Infant daycare program provides the nurturing, healthy bond and individual attention an infant needs.
Our infant program starts at 3 months through 18 months. During these first special months, our early childhood teachers at OTRCC spend time cuddling and talking to your infant to instill trust and to build healthy relationships. Holding, soothing, establishing eye contact, playing, singing, talking and responding vocally all help create an engaging and nurturing experience for your infant.
Attentiveness is a priority in infant child care and qualified staff closely monitors each child. We provide a safe and loving “home away from home”.
Consistent and frequent communication with parents is provided. Teachers send daily electronic reports describing your child’s eating, sleeping, diapering, and developmental activities. Effective communication is a cornerstone of OTRCC.
At OTRCC, we interact and guide your infant with age-appropriate play time to provide a healthy early learning environment for movement, exploration, and communication. The songs we sing and the stories we read encourage language acquisition. Our infants play time experiences help boost cognitive and motor skills.
Our high-quality infant care and early learning education begins with the use of our emergent program, Reggio and STREAM curriculum. Our youngest children are provided weekly learning plans which incorporate the four learning domains and our emergent curriculum.
