Over the Rainbow, Children’s Centre has been operating since 2003. As a family run business, we’ve had the privilege of raising our three children at OTRCC. As teenagers now, they have come to appreciate and value a place that has taught them so much.

Throughout the years of raising and teaching our own children, we have learned that there is a bigger purpose for our children rather than the structured pen and paper and testing standards. Our children are curious, inquisitive, explorers and inventors. With this new discovery, the beginning of a new journey at OTRCC commenced.
